This is the befriending and visitation service to the seniors & families in the community, covering the Newry, Mourne and Down District Council areas
THURSDAY
Community Drop In with Mind-Wise (Mental Health Support)
2.30pm - 5pm Community Co-operative Offering assistance and support to those in the community experiencing hardship, (financial, spiritual and social). This service is accessed by referral from a number of 'agreed agents' across the area, including the Southern Area Care Team at Daisy Hill Hospital.
FRIDAY
11am - 5pm Community Drop In & Prayer Support
HOMELESS SERVICES & CARE
Throughout the week our doors are open to meet the specific needs of roough sleepers & homeless members of the community. Our centre offers access to items of clothing, including underwear, socks, gloves, hats etc. We can also provide (subject to availability), blankets, sleeping mats and bags, & a small range of toiletries. Our community team will also assist with Applications to the Housing Executive, Passport replacement and other needs, through the local Ethnic Liaison Officer and Polish Embassy.
SATURDAYS

NEWRY KNIGHTS STREET TEAMS Reaching out to people becoming vulnerable through alcohol, drugs or other pressures. The knights will offer support to get you home safely. The teams also offer emergency footwear, first aid and other practical assistance. The majority of our team members are certified First Aiders and AED operators.

4pm PRAYER MEETING
- We have available a quiet zone for prayer, and welcome Prayer Requests from anyone in need.
