You can go to our workers with any problem in the world and they help you out

Vale Street Lifehouse is located close to the centre of Stoke-on-Trent with good local amenities. The service offers accommodation for 64 men and women, aged 18 years and over and who have experienced homelessness. Accommodation is provided by either single rooms (60) or self-contained flats (four on-site).

The Lifehouse staff work with a number of referral agencies including the Rough Sleepers team, local hospital, Housing Solutions, local Police and Probation service. Residents have access to a TV lounge, IT suite, dining area, gym facility, garden space and laundry. The Salvation Army are passionate about breaking the cycle of homelessness and we constantly seek innovative and personalised ways to support people in addressing this to achieve sustained change.
