10:30am Worship Meeting

Join us for prayer, music and Bible teaching each week.

Anyone is welcome to join us. Our worship hall is on the second floor. This can be accessed by stairs or by lift.

Following the meeting you are welcome to stay for coffee fellowship, in the community hub on the ground floor.

You are welcome to join us at any of the following activities:

Monday

11am to 12.30pm, Bible Study & prayer - a weekly look at the Bible engaging in discussion, over a cup of tea or coffee. 

1.30am to 2.30:pm, Afternoon Fellowship, fortnightly -  various themes for discussion and activities with a cup of tea or coffee and biscuits .

Tuesday

9.30am to 1:30pm - Community Hub, drop in soup lunch, with tea/coffee and biscuits. Suggested minimum donation of 50p.

10.30am  to 1pm  Knit, natter, craft and coffee.  Bring along your own knitting, crochet or craft and join with other in an informal and relaxed group. 

Wednesday

1pm to 2pm - AA Group

Thursday

10.30am to 12:30pm - Good Neighbours (£3 per person - including soup lunch and scone/cake)

Come and meet new friends over a cup of tea or coffee. Activities vary each week but regularly include board games, triomino's and puzzles.

1:00pm to 2:00pm - Miriam's Timbrel practice

Join us for an enthusiastic timbrel practice where we play the tambourine to Salvation Army music. This activity is in the basement; a lift is available.

2:00pm to 3:00pm - Castlegate Chorus Community Choir, all welcome for an afternoon sing song.

7pm -  Songster (Choir) Practice

8pm -  Band Practice

Friday

9.30am to 1.30pm - Community Hub, drop in soup lunch, with tea/coffee and biscuits. Suggested minimum donation of 50p.

11:00am to 1:00pm - Aberdeen Drug Action Craft Club, bring along your own knitting, crochet or craft and make new friends over a cup of tea/coffee.

Saturday

We have a coffee morning on the first Saturday of the month 10am - 12pm, £3 entry per person for tea/coffee and two pieces of homemade cake. All Welcome,

Here at the Aberdeen Citadel Salvation Army, we have various halls and rooms which can be hired out for meetings, community groups and events such as graduations. Please contact us on either 01224 579370 or aberdeen.citadel@salvationarmy.org.uk for any enquiries.

Christmas Day Lunch - We are now taking names of people who would like to join us for lunch on Christmas day. We may be able to arrange transport to the Citadel and back home again if needed. 

Christmas Gift appeal - We are now accepting gifts of new toys, games and toiletries etc for babies and children aged 0 - 18 years. Please do not wrap the gifts, however if you would like to give wrapping paper and sellotape it will be passed on to the families for them to wrap themselves. We will also accept chocolate and sweets to give with the gifts.                                                                                       Items can be dropped off at the Citadel building Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm.

If you would like to receive gifts for your children please ask to be referred by your health visitor, social worker, Doctors surgery or school.
