Fishermead Centre run a variety of courses including cooking, budgeting workshops, art and have regular drop in sessions by CA and AA, who offer alcohol and substance misuse support.
We offer one to one support sessions with an allocated support worker, and can refer to outside agencies as needed. The staff here at Fishermead Centre plan and deliver a high quality support service, which promotes client choice, opportunities to learn new skills, make positive life choices and achieve the best possible outcomes.
Each resident is supported to find move on accommodation depending on their circumstances and the housing options available, and this can be through private rent, housing associations, charities or local councils.
Fishermead Centre has a Chaplain who offers pastoral support, runs breakfast clubs, activities and supports the residents and the staff team.
We receive regular donations of food and other supplies from local Churches and businesses and so are able to further support the residents.
Bedding, food and toiletries can be provided at the time of moving in.
