Fundraising at School

To participate in fundraising activities with The Salvation Army, your school can take the following steps:

📋Once you’ve downloaded our School Fundraising Guide, please get in touch to tell us about your school fundraising plans at challenge@salvationarmy.org.uk.

✅ Choose a fundraising activity: select a fundraising activity that aligns with your school's resources and community interests. You can choose from a variety of options, such as food drives, clothing collections, bake sales, or hosting charity events.

🎯 Set a fundraising goal: determine a clear fundraising goal that your school aims to achieve. This goal will help motivate students and provide a target to work towards.

📣 Promote the fundraiser: publicise the fundraising event within your school and community. Use flyers, social media, newsletters, and your school's website to spread the word and encourage participation.

💰 Collect donations: ensure that you have a secure and convenient way to collect donations from participants, whether it's through cash donations, checks, or a Just Giving page.
