The Salvation Army has been in Harpenden for 140 years located right in the middle of the town centre. During 2018 and 2019 we extended and refurbished our building, to better serve the needs of all who come through our doors: we have also included disabled access throughout. Whether you come to worship on Sundays or come seeking help and advice You will find that we are a fully inclusive church and you are very welcome at all times.
The Salvation Army's mission is to Save Souls, Grow Saints and Serve Suffering Humanity and we believe that Loving God and Loving Others are the two greatest commandments. We love others because God first Loved us.
