Hedge End

Our meetings are at 10.30am on a Sunday morning and last between one and one and a quarter hours with tea and coffee after. Children and youth have their own activities running from around 11.00am.

Please dress as you feel comfortable.  There'll be some prayer, singing, talking.  Younger people will usually go out to age-specific activities part way through.  Nothing is compulsory - especially not giving money - please pass the collection plate on if you prefer.

Every two months or so we hold a more relaxed meeting called "Encounter" with teaching, sung worship and space to pray.

You can also view past services and worship songs on our YouTube page Hedge End Salvation Army - YouTube

We have some green space here at The Salvation Army and we want to use it for the community and for wildlife.  We have a variety of trees, hedges, grassed areas, planting beds, planters, tables and benches.  We are growing fruit and herbs as well as decorative plants and wildlife- friendly spaces.  If you would like to get involved in developing the community garden, please get in touch.

We want our space to be a community resource and have spaces available to hire for activities and groups that want to make a positive difference in our local community.
