Inverness Resettlement provides a floating support service across Highland Council to individuals at risk of homelessness.
Those on the final stages of the homelessness journey who are in the transition back into the community. The service welcomed a new manager this year, who has spent the first year focusing on improving the quality of support and service user engagement in every aspect of the service. This has yielded many successes, which service users make a significant contribution to the annual report (including designing the front pages), along with being involved in staff recruitment. The improvements in the quality of support has also been recognised by governing bodies, with the service receiving improved grades from internal and external inspecting bodies.
