Our Mission Statement

We are an inclusive church motivated by God's love and empowered through faith in Jesus Christ.  Through nurturing compassionate relationships, we seek to lead souls into a saving knowledge of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.

  • 11am - 12noon Family Worship

  • 5:00pm Monthly Prayer Meeting (1st Sunday of the month)

  • 6pm - 7:15pm Praise and Worship Meeting

Music

Music plays an integral part to worship at Leek Salvation Army. 

Junior Choir

The children sing during Sunday morning worship and are led by Deputy Songster Leader Claire Mckay.

 

Songsters

The Songsters are led by Songster Leader Gillian Jennings and assisted by Deputy Songster Leader Claire Mckay. They practise on a Wednesday evening between 7-8pm. The Songsters are made up of over 30 people aged 14+. 

 

Band

Leek Band is led by Bandmaster Joe Bate and assisted by Deputy Bandmaster Paul DIckenson. They practise on a Wednesday night between 8:15-9:30pm. The Band is made up of people aged 14+ and accompany worship.

Kerygma

Kerygma is our Praise and Worship band. They are led by Recruiting Sergeant Steve Williams and play during the Sunday evening meeting.
