Tŷ Gobaith Lifehouse

Tŷ Gobaith is a 24 hour, 7 days a week, supported residential Lifehouse based in Cardiff for adults over the age of eighteen years that have found themselves to be homeless.

Giving me hope for the future, without the support from the Bridge Staff I would be in a bad place.

We will offer you a space to transform, open the door to you to have the ability grow and achieve your goals.

  • Weekly one-to-one support session with your chosen key worker
  • A support and action plan created between you and your key worker, reviewed monthly
  • Engagement activites including resettlement, job club, private rental workshops, activities inside and outside the centre, football league, volunteering opportunities, education, abstinence on substance use and access to all specialist services.

Tŷ Gobaith provides tailor-made services to its residents, to meet their needs and support them in making a positive change.

Skills Team

Within Tŷ Gobaith we have a skills team, which are dedicated to meeting all the educational and diversionary activities for the resident. We offer access to Learn Direct Courses, Agored Cymru and iLearn.

Bridge Programme

This is an abstinence based detoxification programme, working with those that wish to become abstinent from alcohol or opiates. The programme is a three phased bio psycho-social programme offering clinical governance from the Cardiif Addition Unit.

Community Housing

We also have two community houses for those residents that feel they are ready for resettlement and a less intensive support.
