Our service is intended for adult males experiencing homelessness. Length of stay varies depending on the level of support required. Service users are referred to us by the local authority.

We aim to create a calm, supportive environment where our residents feel empowered and respected. Our facilities include:

• 42 single occupancy flats
• 10 bed sits.
• Two wheelchair-accessible rooms
• TV lounge with snooker and pool table
• Laundry room
• Back garden
• Prayer room 

We provide support from the initial presentation and ensure a wide range of external support links are put in place.

Our services include:

• Health and Wellbeing – Service users receive on-going support regarding mental health and there are links to external agencies for additional support.
• Housing Support - Casework teams and Housing support workers across the city support the service users in accessing suitable accommodation.
• NHS Well Being Team – Health checks and wellbeing checks.
• Addiction Support – Local Addiction Teams promote recovery and balance.
• Support and Information – Service users can attend various drop in-centres and receive advice and support on addiction.
• Budgeting – an in-house activity focussed on income and expenditure. We also provide links to external support organisations.
• A Social Committee responsible for activities within the centre. These might include snooker and pool tournaments, quiz nights, cooking classes, movie nights and barbecues.
• Service users are also taken on activities outside the centre, such as trips to the cinema, ten pin bowling, and visits to football stadiums.
