Christmas is here again! Our appeal starts November 4th and runs up to Christmas
The financial climate and the cost of living is extremely difficult for us all this year. Some families however will be hit really hard and are facing rising costs whilst already living in a hand to mouth lifestyle. These rising costs will mean that many will struggle to provide gifts for their children & families this year.
Can you spare a little to help a lot.
Could you help us make Christmas special for those who may have little or nothing under the tree on Christmas morning? Every year, through the generosity of the public and business partners, we ensure that children in your community who might miss out on Christmas Day will instead have the joy of opening a gift.
We need your help! Can you brighten Christmas for someone and donate a new/unopened gift to a child who might otherwise not receive a significant or anything this year.
There are various ways in which you can get involved:
You could call into THE SALVATION ARMY building on Scholes, Wigan and leave your chosen gift with a member of the church.
OR
you could shop online from the comfort of your own home on our AMAZON WISHLIST and it will be delivered direct to us at The Salvation Army in Wigan. A variety of gifts have been added for suggestion and will be managed through the coming weeks to ensure demand fits the requirement needs, or you can indeed choose your own -
