About the International Staff Songsters

The International Staff Songsters is the representative choir of The Salvation Army in the UK Territory with the Republic of Ireland. We love singing as a group and to sing about God's unconditional love for everyone and for our world.

Once a month, from September to June, we come together as a group to present a variety of musical styles and to lead Christian worship at a Salvation Army corps in our territory. Our repertoire has something from everyone - including music by composers from The Salvation Army, as well artists such as Eric Whitacre, Mark Hayes, Will Todd and Sir John Taverner.

We all volunteer members of The Salvation Army who have a personal Christian faith and are active in our local Salvation Army corps.

Profits from our recordings and our concerts support the work of The Salvation Army. We hope you will purchase these either via the SP&S shop or when attending one of our festivals.

We are blessed to reach thousands of people via TV and radio appearances and in concerts all over the world; from singing in cathedrals, community halls, slums and prisons, to concert venues and every Christmas at London's Royal Albert Hall. Our global tours include ministry in the United States of America, Canada, Argentina, Uruguay, Estonia, Scandinavia, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Australia and New Zealand.
