Axholme Lifehouse

Our service is designed to support single people with support needs such as:

• Drug and Alcohol issues
• Mental Health issues
• Complex Needs

We are also open to victims of domestic violence, and refugees granted leave to remain.

Admission into service is through referral from the Homeless Hub and Steps For Change. Referrals should be sent to Axholme House via email after an initial risk assessment has been completed.

Clients stay with us for a minimum of four months.

We aim to create a calm, supportive environment where our residents feel empowered and respected. Our facilities include:

• 32 fully furnished  rooms
• Toilets and showers
• Lounges
• Bathrooms
• Kitchens
• Garden
• Laundry

We recognise that client involvement is key to unlocking their sense independence and inclusion. We strive to understand the needs of our residents, and are continually improving the quality of our service.

We provide support to our clients in accessing:

• GP services
• Counselling
• Community mental health services
• Housing advice
• Benefits advice
• Employment advice
