All young people from three to thirty years old are welcome to join us.
If you are coming to the Bristol area to study, then ‘Congratulations – you’ll have a great time!’ We have some fine universities and it’s a good place to live.
The Easton Salvation Army is a friendly and welcoming Christian community, and we’re here to help and support you in any way we can. We have many young members who have either completed their studies or are away at university now – so we have lots of experience of what it means to be away from home and how valuable good support can be.
We’d love to see you; you don’t have to be a member of the Salvation Army to be part of the Easton family. If you don’t have transport, just let us know and we’ll organise a lift. We also make sure you always have the option of a good Sunday lunch. Once each month we stay for a fellowship meal after our morning service and that’s also a great opportunity to get to know everyone.
If you are a uniformed Salvationist you are very welcome to join our musical sections; we’ll use you as much as we can but we recognise that your studies must come first. If you just enjoy brass bands or singing, then feel free to join in rehearsals during the week.
Please let us know if you are planning to study in Bristol, especially if you need any help. You can leave a message on this site or contact our Corps Officers Mark or Dawn Sellers on mark.sellers@salvationarmy.org.uk
