The accommodation and support that is offered in Centenary House is for single adults aged 18+. We accommodate up to 88 males, 13 of which are probation clients and 4 of which are allocated to the crash facility.
The service can be accessed by any adult male who is experiencing homelessness. Referrals to the service can only be made through the Northern Ireland Housing Executive. Beds cannot be held, and failure to attend an arranged referral interview or admission interview can result in the bed being offered to another individual.
Centenary House comprises of single bedrooms, communal bathrooms, communal lounge area with TV areas, snooker, pool and computer access, quiet space, interview rooms, gym, laundry and canteen areas.
All rooms within Centenary House are half board. Service users are responsible for their own laundry and maintaining the cleanliness of their own room.
Centenary House also offers a Probation Programme. This programme is only for those that have been referred into the service by PBNI. This programme adopts a multi-agency approach to minimise re-offending.
