Where are we?
The Salvation Army Hall in Clacton can be found on Old Road at the mini roundabout junction with St Osyth Road. Right by the Lidl's Supermarket and opposite Underwoods Garage, about a 10 minute walk from the Town Centre and 15 minutes from Station and beach. Where can I park?
There is on road parking in surrounding streets (Beware of some "Resident Permit Holder Only" bays). Nearby in Alton Park Road there is a public car park. This Car Park has parking charges 24 hours per day all week, but some regular attendees at our meeting purchase a yearly Sunday only ticket for a reasonable price (See Corps Secretary).
Beware of parking in Lidl's car park for activities at the Salvation Army Hall as there is a restriction of 90 minutes enforced by cameras. Vehichles left in this car park for more than 90 minutes may be subject to a £90 penalty charge!
