Give people in need a life-changing Christmas
Christmas is a busy time in The Salvation Army, and we wouldn't want it any other way. Our centres ring with laughter and happy conversation as we serve up hundreds of Christmas meals and festive cheer to people who would otherwise be alone. Our halls buzz with activities as we organise deliveries of food, winter clothes and toys to families in need. We don’t want anyone to be alone or forgotten.
At a time when so many people are cold, hungry and miserable, you and The Salvation Army can be the kind-hearted, life-changing friends they need. We can’t do it without you, especially now when so many people need us.
Will you help us be a friend to others in need this Christmas?
A gift of:
- £9 could contribute towards one-to-one support work for a homeless person in one of our centres.
- £19 could help provide a box of groceries and gifts, so that families who are struggling in poverty can enjoy a Christmas meal together.
- £45 could provide a Christmas dinner and the promise of companionship for five lonely older people.
