How to pay in your fundraising

Thank you for raising funds to support our vital work with people in need.  Here’s how to make sure your sponsorship reaches us.

Online money

JustGiving and Enthuse pay any money you raise through their sites over to us weekly. You do not need to do anything further. If you would like your fundraising to go to a certain project or corps, please do get in touch with our team so this can be allocated.

Cash

Please do not send cash in the post.

You can make a donation to your online fundraising page of the amount you have raised offline. You can then edit your fundraising page to include this under ‘offline donations’ so that the total amount you have raised both online and offline is reflected in your total. 

Alternatively you can:

• Pay in your fundraised cash via our online payment platform here.
• send a cheque for the equivalent amount (see below).

Cheques

Please ensure the cheque is payable to The Salvation Army. Please mark the cheque clearly with your name and the name of your event on the reverse and send it, along with your money return form, and any completed sponsor forms, to:

Employer matched giving

Some employers operate a matched giving scheme where they will match what an employee raises £ for £ or up to an agreed amount.  If you’ve asked your company about this and they’ve agreed to sponsor you please let us know, and if you haven’t, now is a great time.

To make sure their donation goes to your fundraising total please could you let us know:

• the name of your company
• how much they’re donating
• how they’ll be paying
• when they’ll be paying
